This is a great blouse for the price! I think the measurements are generous, however. My bust is 91cm and I'd say I'm on the top end for it. The arms are a little snug for comfort, my arms are ~31cm.
The lace is very nice, the bodice is lined and the fabric is great for the price point. I like the cut of this one a little better than the more expensive one I got. I would buy this again but the fit would be better if I was just a little smaller
