What We Offter: No styles and sizes are limited to cutom tailor for you!

If you find a dress, blouse and any others you love but it is not sold in our store, or if you love a item in our store but the usual size can't fit you well,  don't hesitate to contact us. We will provide you 100% customization service including design, fabric and tailor. We handle all of your tailoring needs. Our skilled master tailors handle all of our cutting and sewing, ensuring precision and quality.


Steps to Do Custom Tailor with Us

Step 1:

◆ Send us pictures you want to customize or directly send me the item link you love in our store. Please send us pictures as many as you can in order that we can know more about the dress or blouse and its details. Also, send us your request and ideas about the dress such as fabric, color, dress length and any others you want.

◆ Measure and send us your sizes as detailed as possible including neck girth, shoulder width, upper arm girth, bodice length, bust, waist, hip and height. More accurate sizes can help us customize to fit you better.

◆ Confirm your customization request, details and sizes.

Step 2: After step 1 confirmation, we will send you quoted price including shipping fee for your customization.

Step 3: After price confirmation, you need to pay us directly to our paypal account: order@lolitaknot.com

Step 4: Once we get the payment, we will start to tailor the sample dress for you. The estimated sample process time is 4-6 days according to different styles. When the sample dress is ready, we will send sample pictures to you for details confirmation. If you would like to adjust any details at this point, please feel free to let us know. We will gladly revise them to meet your needs until you are completely satisfied. 

Step 5: Once the sample is confirmed, we’ll proceed with crafting the final dress. Please note that no further modifications can be made at this stage. The estimated tailoring time for the final dress is 7–15 days depending on different styles, but we’ll strive to process it as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Step 6: During tailoring, we will keep update with you about process progress. Once it is finished, we will ship and send you the tracking immediately. We also will keep tracking until it arrives at you. 

Notice: For any custom tailor, very sorry we can't do any refund because it is only customized for your sizes. Really appreciate for your understanding!
